Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support production systems through performance optimization, problem resolution, and compliance
• Maintain and modify operational runbooks and conduct business continuity failover activities
• Provide occasional after-hours support for product incidents and production implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 10 years
• 10-20 years of experience in security and IT
• In-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows server-based platforms
• Experience with database queries (SQL/Oracle/Teradata/Hadoop) and software development (Java and C)
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization
