Senior Segment Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support FCB's entry into the Material Handling & Logistics segment, the remote Senior Segment Development Specialist will develop business strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and foster vendor partnerships while working from Mississippi.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes for successful entry into the segment, including vendor selection and sales plans
• Educate internal teams on segment developments and oversee vendor requests and contract details
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers, ensuring documentation and compliance are managed effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Commercial Banking, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Commercial Banking
• Preferred experience in Equipment Finance
