Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Selection Research Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate psychometric properties and risks of selection tools to aid admissions processes
  • Manage project timelines, compliance, budgets, and metrics for success as a project team lead
  • Analyze and manage data from AAMC's data warehouse using complex statistical methods
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field; Doctoral degree preferred
  • 1-4 years of work experience; 3-4 years preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of personnel selection, validation research, and psychometrics
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, SPSS, SAS, or R
  • Experience managing large projects and complex business processes preferred
