Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Self Pay Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the self-pay accounts receivable process and ensure proper management of accounts
  • Manage bad debt inventory, placements, and returns, including reconciliation of transactions
  • Prepare and analyze reports on self-pay aging performance and identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle processes
