Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Self Pay Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the self-pay accounts receivable process and ensure proper management of accounts
- Manage bad debt inventory, placements, and returns, including reconciliation of transactions
- Prepare and analyze reports on self-pay aging performance and identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of revenue cycle processes
