Senior SEM Strategist

Job Summary

Focused on driving business growth through SEM, the full-time remote Senior SEM Strategist will develop and execute performance marketing strategies for a new property, leveraging PPC and data-driven insights to optimize channel performance and achieve target ROI.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the day-to-day execution of performance marketing strategies for the property
• Coordinate with product and finance teams to ensure media channels operate at target ROI based on product LTVs
• Utilize data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for performance optimizations and advise on actions to drive growth

Required qualifications:

• Proven 8+ years of experience in PPC, SEM, Social, and Display advertising
• Experience with customer acquisition leveraging LTV models for business services products
• Strong knowledge of smart bidding strategies, including Google Ads' TROAS and TCPA
• Experience with website analysis using analytics tools like Google Analytics and internal reporting tools
• Proven track record of driving measurable results in PPC, including revenue growth and ROI improvement
