Job Summary

Leading the next evolution of organic discovery, the full-time Senior SEO and GEO Manager will own the global organic discovery strategy across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms, focusing on improving visibility, qualified traffic, and customer acquisition while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and set the roadmap for the integrated SEO and GEO strategy tied to measurable business outcomes
• Define and operationalize the Generative Engine Optimization strategy to enhance product visibility in AI-powered discovery experiences
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, ensuring strong performance across crawlability, indexing, and content strategy

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in leading SEO, organic growth, or search strategy programs
• Deep technical SEO expertise with a proven record of improving organic growth at scale
• Strong understanding of content strategy, authority building, and search intent
• Demonstrated experience with AI-driven discovery and emerging search experiences
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console and Semrush
