Senior SEO and Web Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Owning the marketing web platform and organic search strategy, the full-time remote Senior SEO and Web Strategy Manager will ensure the technical health and performance of the website while driving SEO and AI search initiatives in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the performance and reliability of the marketing website, including overseeing front-end development and CMS architecture
• Lead SEO and GEO strategy, focusing on keyword optimization, on-page and off-page improvements, and AI search readiness
• Ensure the integrity of web analytics and tracking systems, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing a modern marketing web platform in a B2B SaaS environment, including technical SEO and front-end development
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Expertise in web analytics tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
• Solid foundation in SEO principles, including technical SEO and keyword strategy
• Familiarity with AI search dynamics and experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) on B2B websites
