Senior SEO Director
Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the contract Senior SEO Director will oversee SEO strategy and execution for a major enterprise franchise client, focusing on both national and local market initiatives in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape high-level SEO strategy during client kickoffs and ensure seamless execution across campaign lifecycles
- Conduct quarterly campaign audits using ranking reports and analytics to measure success and pivot as needed
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 8-16 members, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 10 years specifically in SEO
- Agency experience required, with deep expertise in on-site SEO, technical SEO, and link building
- Proficiency with WordPress and major social media platforms
- Proven client-facing experience with enterprise or franchise clients
- Strong understanding of content strategy and user experience
