Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
• Monitor site performance, traffic, and keyword rankings to evaluate SEO effectiveness
• Conduct keyword research and collaborate with the content team to optimize search-friendly content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in an SEO-focused role with a proven track record of improving organic traffic
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush
• Experience with Crownpeak CMS is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset
