Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to shape and execute the organic search strategy across a complex portfolio of websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the SEO and AEO strategy for university partner sites, aligning with enterprise-level goals
• Lead planning and execution of SEO initiatives while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
• Manage and mentor SEO professionals, setting expectations and supporting career development

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in driving organic performance in enterprise or multi-site environments
• 3+ years of experience in people management or team leadership
• Demonstrated expertise in core SEO disciplines including keyword research and technical SEO
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement and reporting
• Fluency with major SEO tools and analytics platforms
