Job Summary

Leading in-house SEO and GEO efforts, the full-time Senior SEO Specialist will drive organic visibility, traffic, authority, and conversions for a remote team by executing SEO strategies, optimizing content, and conducting technical audits.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute SEO and GEO strategies across organic search and AI discovery channels
• Optimize website content for rankings, conversions, and search intent alignment
• Track and analyze organic traffic, rankings, and overall SEO performance

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in organic traffic growth
• Strong knowledge of traditional SEO, technical SEO, and content SEO best practices
• Experience optimizing content for AI-powered search and conversational search experiences
• Confidence using SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush
• Strong understanding of structured data, Core Web Vitals, and CMS platforms
