Senior SEO Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing national law firm, the full-time Senior SEO Specialist will manage local search performance, oversee technical SEO for a website migration, and enhance visibility across AI-powered search platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage local search performance across 15 markets, including Google Business Profiles and local landing-page structures
- Lead strategy and planning for technical SEO readiness for the upcoming website launch, ensuring ongoing technical health post-migration
- Expand the firm's visibility across AI search platforms and develop a comprehensive keyword and content strategy targeting prospective client searches
Required qualifications
- Four or more years of professional SEO experience, including at least two years with multi-location or multi-market websites
- Strong technical SEO expertise with the ability to diagnose and resolve rendering issues in collaboration with web developers
- Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console and GA4, utilizing first-party data for performance evaluation and recommendations
- Experience managing technical SEO for at least one website migration, including post-launch monitoring
- Demonstrated ability to connect SEO initiatives to measurable business outcomes, such as qualified leads and consultations
