Senior SEO Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing national law firm, the full-time remote Senior SEO Specialist will manage local search performance across multiple markets, drive technical SEO initiatives for a new website launch, and enhance visibility on AI-powered search platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage local search performance across 15 markets, including optimizing Google Business Profiles and internal linking strategies
- Lead technical SEO strategy and readiness for a website migration, ensuring ongoing technical health post-launch
- Expand the firm's visibility across AI-powered search platforms and develop a comprehensive keyword and content strategy based on client needs
Required qualifications
- Four or more years of professional SEO experience, with at least two years supporting multi-location or multi-market websites
- Strong technical SEO expertise, including experience diagnosing rendering issues and collaborating with web developers
- Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console and GA4 for performance evaluation and opportunity identification
- Experience managing technical SEO during at least one website migration, including post-launch monitoring
- Proven ability to connect SEO initiatives to measurable business outcomes, such as qualified leads and consultations
