Job Summary
To enhance organic search performance, the full-time remote Senior SEO Specialist will manage local search across multiple markets, oversee technical SEO for a website migration, and optimize visibility on AI-powered search platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage local search performance across 15 markets, including Google Business Profiles and internal linking strategies
- Lead technical SEO strategy and organization for the upcoming website launch, ensuring ongoing site health and performance
- Expand the firm's visibility on AI search platforms and develop a comprehensive keyword and content strategy targeting prospective client searches
Required qualifications
- Four or more years of professional SEO experience, with at least two years in multi-location or multi-market environments
- Strong technical SEO expertise, including experience with crawl reports and collaboration with web developers
- Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console and GA4 for performance evaluation and opportunity identification
- Experience managing technical SEO during a website migration, including post-launch monitoring
- Demonstrated ability to connect SEO initiatives to measurable business outcomes such as consultations and conversions
