Senior SEO Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the SEO strategy for a portfolio of independent med spa practices, the full-time Senior SEO Specialist will standardize execution quality, lead a team of SEO specialists, and define Moxie's approach to AI-driven search, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Transform SEO from ad hoc tactics into a standardized, repeatable system across all practices
• Measurably improve core SEO metrics, including keyword rankings and organic lead volume
• Build scalable systems for local SEO management and define Moxie's strategy for AI search visibility

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally with multiple small or local businesses
• Expertise across technical SEO, on-page/content SEO, local SEO, and emerging GEO/AEO
• Fluency with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and local SEO platforms
• 1-3+ years of experience managing or mentoring junior team members in a marketing or SEO context
• Proven ability to own a service line end-to-end, including strategy setting and impact reporting
