Senior SEO Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the SEO strategy and execution for a large-scale outreach project, the full-time Senior SEO Specialist will drive organic visibility and search performance across public-facing websites and applications while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular performance analyses and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership based on SEO benchmarks
- Establish and report on SEO baseline metrics and KPIs, driving continuous optimization through user behavior and technical SEO analysis
- Advise content and editorial teams on SEO best practices during content development to ensure optimization for search at creation
Required qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- BA/BS in Marketing, Digital Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical SEO and content-driven strategies for large websites
- Demonstrated experience with SEO/analytics tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush
- Proven experience in setting and tracking SEO KPIs and delivering data-driven performance reporting
