Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Service Advocate - Ops - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engages with members to introduce DSNP services and complete Health Risk Assessments
  • Documents calls accurately in the member's electronic record to meet compliance standards
  • Supports members during enrollment calls and manages difficult situations with empathy


Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, and/or a call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Data entry and documentation experience within member records preferred
  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts of care management preferred
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
