Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Service Advocate to engage with members and complete Health Risk Assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiates outreach to members to introduce DSNP services and complete Health Risk Assessments
  • Builds trusting relationships with members while accurately documenting calls in their electronic records
  • Supports members during enrollment calls, managing difficult situations with empathy and urgency
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, and/or a call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Data entry and documentation experience within member records is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology and care management concepts preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
