Job Summary

As part of the Member Advisory Team, the full-time Senior Service Advocate will conduct telephonic outreach to eligible members, providing care coordination, support, and education to facilitate positive healthcare outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform telephonic outreach to assist members in making informed healthcare decisions
  • Utilize care management tools and resources to provide education and support to members
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate member records through data entry
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, inside sales, or health coaching
  • Data entry and documentation experience within member records is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts of care management is strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
