Job Summary
Supporting the Retirement Plan Services business, the full-time Senior Service Agreements Representative will manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), resolve complex issues, and ensure alignment in processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing both routine and non-routine inquiries
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues, applying senior-level knowledge to resolve diverse tasks related to programs and services
- Share expertise and support less experienced team members while leading assigned projects and promoting change management initiatives
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience aligned with the responsibilities of the position
- Ability to navigate multiple systems, databases, and platforms effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
