Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Service Analyst to provide advanced system-level support for clinical and financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and advanced system-level assistance to end users
• Lead projects and collaborate with other analysts to document support requirements and develop new scripts
• Educate and train end users on current applications while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an applications or technical role
• Experience working directly with end-users in project or support roles
• Proven ability to provide application/technical support and troubleshoot solutions
• Experience in planning, implementing, testing, and training others through projects
