Senior Service Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Specialist / Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume calls and assist with benefits, billing, authorizations, and EOBs
• Process and research healthcare claims using multiple systems
• Resolve escalated issues and fulfill customer requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of call center experience required; claims processing preferred
• Must reside in the Los Angeles/SoCal area and attend quarterly Burbank office visits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of medical terminology and benefit plans
