Job Summary
Leading end-to-end process analysis and operational transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Service Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery, improve customer experiences, and ensure successful adoption of new technologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive process reviews to identify inefficiencies and design future-state business processes
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective process and technology solutions
- Lead operational readiness activities for new systems and support implementation planning and execution
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or business transformation
- Strong expertise in business process analysis and redesign
- Experience supporting operational readiness and implementation planning
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
