Senior Service Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Service Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee local contract administration and ensure compliance with bonding and insurance procedures
• Coordinate projects with internal leadership and assist in managing internal and third-party resources
• Maintain tracking logs for emergency restoration purchases and coordinate necessary permits with agencies

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of structured cabling and routing
• Familiarity with email, MS Excel, Word, and Google Earth
• Experience with Salesforce, AutoCAD, and Visio is desirable
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of project coordination experience in the telecom industry
