Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Service Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and resolve escalated issues for members and providers
- Train representatives and maintain informational resources for the service center
- Oversee daily workflow and manage special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- 3-4 years of experience in a high-volume service center or managed care environment
- Substantial previous related work experience in managed care benefits member/provider services
- Ability to learn and effectively use customer information systems
- Preferred experience with self-insured plans and bilingual Spanish/English skills
