Job Summary
Coordinating administrative and supportive account activities, the full-time Senior Service Coordinator will manage service calls, invoicing, and customer inquiries while working from a home-based environment.
Key responsibilities
- Dispatch service calls to technicians and manage service time and utilization administration
- Log service requests and maintain service file systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication with customers
- Coordinate service parts pickup and manage inventory control for service operations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of order entry experience or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with warranty, safety, and environmental regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with service invoicing and customer service support
