Senior Service Delivery Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle operations and client delivery, the full-time Senior Service Delivery Analyst will leverage Epic Clarity expertise and advanced SQL to transform complex data into actionable insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for Customer Operations and Service Delivery
• Extract, transform, and validate data from complex revenue cycle environments using advanced SQL and data modeling
• Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reporting and conduct account and performance reviews to identify actionable opportunities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle and analytics-driven roles
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims, and payment posting
• Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model, preferably in Resolute/Hospital Billing
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and scalable query design
• Experience with Snowflake, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI
