Senior Service Delivery Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Service Delivery Analyst working remotely, the candidate will leverage extensive revenue cycle knowledge and advanced SQL skills to analyze complex operational data, generate client-ready insights, and collaborate with various teams to enhance client delivery and operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions to support Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities
• Utilize advanced SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and validate data from complex revenue cycle environments
• Conduct account and performance reviews to identify actionable opportunities and ensure the accuracy of metrics and reports

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle and analytics-driven roles
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims, and denials
• Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model, particularly in Resolute/Hospital Billing
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and scalable query design
• Experience with Snowflake and reporting tools such as Power BI
