Senior Service Delivery Analyst

Job Summary

Utilizing advanced SQL and Epic Clarity expertise, the full-time Senior Service Delivery Analyst will manage revenue cycle operations and analytics, transforming complex data into actionable insights while collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions to support Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities
• Extract, transform, and validate data using advanced SQL from complex revenue cycle environments to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
• Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reporting and conduct account and performance reviews to surface actionable opportunities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle and analytics-driven roles
• Strong knowledge of professional/physician billing (PB) revenue cycle operations, including charge capture and coding
• Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model, specifically Resolute Professional Billing (PB)
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and scalable query design
• Experience with Snowflake, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI
