Senior Service Delivery Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Service Delivery Analyst will leverage extensive revenue cycle knowledge and advanced SQL skills to build and maintain analytics solutions, turning complex operational data into actionable insights for client stakeholders and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities
- Use advanced SQL and Epic Clarity expertise to extract, transform, and validate data from complex revenue cycle environments
- Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reporting and conduct account and performance reviews to identify actionable opportunities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle and analytics-driven roles
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations including billing, claims, and denials
- Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model, particularly in Resolute/Hospital Billing
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and scalable query design
- Experience with Snowflake, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI
