Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor Team Leads to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training
• Support Team Leads in managing multiple, complex ongoing tasks and projects through effective time management and organizational skills
• Create and maintain a positive work environment, ensuring client requests and needs are met

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year of call center or equivalent work experience
• Experience in promoting a performance-driven culture
• Ability to engage and support teams with the necessary tools and systems
• Customer-focused mindset with basic computer knowledge
