Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year of call center or equivalent work experience
- Experience in promoting a performance-driven culture
- Ability to engage and support teams with the necessary tools and systems
- Customer-focused mindset with basic computer knowledge
