Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager, preferably for Central Time or Dallas/Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a client advocate and point of escalation for service delivery needs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and contractual obligations are met
- Identify operational risks and develop improvement plans based on insights and analyses
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT Service Management experience in a client-facing role
- Experience in client relationship management
- Operational ability in large-scale, multi-platform, outsourced environments
- In-depth knowledge of service delivery disciplines such as escalation procedures and incident management
- Proficient understanding of ITIL principles and relevant technologies (e.g., Mainframe, Cloud Computing)
