Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager, preferably for Central Time or Dallas/Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a client advocate and point of escalation for service delivery needs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and contractual obligations are met
  • Identify operational risks and develop improvement plans based on insights and analyses
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of IT Service Management experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Operational ability in large-scale, multi-platform, outsourced environments
  • In-depth knowledge of service delivery disciplines such as escalation procedures and incident management
  • Proficient understanding of ITIL principles and relevant technologies (e.g., Mainframe, Cloud Computing)
