Key Responsibilities
- Acts as a client advocate and manages service delivery needs, ensuring exceptional client experiences
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and contractual obligations, while identifying operational risks and improvement opportunities
- Manages critical client issues and communicates effectively with clients and internal teams regarding service performance and improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT Service Management experience in a client-facing role
- Experience in client relationship management
- Operational ability in large-scale, multi-platform, outsourced environments
- In-depth knowledge of service delivery disciplines, including escalation procedures and incident management
- Proficient understanding of ITIL principles and familiarity with technologies such as Mainframe, Cloud Computing, and Networking
