Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to manage client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned client relationships to ensure delivery quality and timeliness
  • Coordinate with internal resources to meet client deliverables and provide day-to-day guidance to the service delivery team
  • Consult clients on best practices and advocate for their needs throughout the product lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of direct client and/or associate/analyst experience preferred
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Solid technical background and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to operate and make timely decisions in a fast-paced atmosphere
