Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of managed service engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of managed service client environments
• Ensure the health of client environments to minimize exposure and risk
• Resolve or escalate incidents and problems in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Experience with technical project delivery in various technology platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions and Data Center Virtualization Platforms
• Knowledge of Data Center Storage & Management Platforms
• Experience with Enterprise Data Networking and Voice Services
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
