Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure services align with customer needs and expectations
  • Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, optimizing efficiency and monitoring progress
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and implement continuous improvement processes


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience managing large strategic initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience working with Senior Management, including C-level decision makers
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred
  • Expert-level knowledge of project and change management methodologies
  • Certifications in ITIL; optional certifications include PMP, Prince2, Lean/Six Sigma
