Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of customers, the full-time Senior Service Delivery Manager will manage customer relationships, provide high-quality advice on cloud deployment and technology integration, and lead service optimization activities in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and leverage technical relationships with customers, influencing product and service improvements
- Achieve trusted advisor status by enhancing the overall customer experience
- Coordinate the resolution of technical issues, acting as the key liaison point for customer delivery teams
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) or Technical Account Manager (TAM) role
- Strong understanding of Cloud Computing (IaaS and PaaS) and virtualization technologies, ideally VMware
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively in teams
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Continuous learning mindset with a focus on evolving technologies and customer needs
