Job Summary

Serving as a primary escalation point for complex employee benefit inquiries, the full-time remote Senior Service Delivery Manager will manage client relationships, support key benefits events, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution within a benefits administration environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex employee benefit inquiries
  • Support Annual Enrollment and other key benefits events with hands-on issue resolution
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with client contacts and internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in benefits administration with direct responsibility for employee benefit inquiries
  • Client services experience specifically within a benefits administration environment
  • Hands-on experience with client-specific benefits systems and tools
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and enrollment processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both employees and client stakeholders
