Job Summary
Serving as a primary escalation point for complex employee benefit inquiries, the full-time remote Senior Service Delivery Manager will manage client relationships, support key benefits events, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution within a benefits administration environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex employee benefit inquiries
- Support Annual Enrollment and other key benefits events with hands-on issue resolution
- Build and maintain effective relationships with client contacts and internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in benefits administration with direct responsibility for employee benefit inquiries
- Client services experience specifically within a benefits administration environment
- Hands-on experience with client-specific benefits systems and tools
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and enrollment processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with both employees and client stakeholders
