Job Summary
Managing the implementation of Lit and Dark Fiber services, the full-time Senior Service Delivery Specialist will lead cross-functional projects, ensuring effective communication and project management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a key project leader, collaborating with customers and internal teams to manage project scope, budget, and timelines
- Develop and maintain customer project plans based on contractual requirements and service designs, ensuring effective communication of project progress
- Oversee daily operational tasks and manage existing reports to provide forecasting and metrics, driving improvements across teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing Telecom services projects; ten (10) years preferred
- Thorough knowledge of Fiber Engineering, Outside Plant, and field operations processes
- Ability to define project dependencies and manage project milestones effectively
- Strong collaboration and relationship skills across teams and customer organizations
