Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Designer, Internal Systems & Workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end internal workflows across various operational areas
• Design future-state workflows to enhance clarity, reliability, and efficiency
• Create and maintain system artifacts such as workflow diagrams and supporting documentation

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in product, systems, or service design on complex workflows
• Ability to transition from discovery to delivery in mapping systems and solutions
• Experience working with senior or executive stakeholders
• Portfolio demonstrating delivery-oriented work on systems or internal products
• Passion for improving public outcomes through effective government services
