Job Summary
Senior Service Designer, full-time position responsible for leading strategic design initiatives to enhance enterprise-wide service experiences within complex service ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic design of enterprise-wide service experiences across multiple teams and customer touchpoints
- Evaluate current operations, identify friction points, and recommend future-state service models
- Facilitate collaboration across various stakeholders and translate ambiguity into structured recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Service Design, Strategic Design, CX Strategy, or related enterprise transformation roles
- Strong experience in health plan, payer, or healthcare operations preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-level initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and systems thinking
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
