Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to support mission-critical operations in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve Level 2-3 service desk tickets across North America
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and conduct root cause investigations
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and manage identity systems including Active Directory and Okta
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise IT Service Desk or End-User Computing
  • Expertise in Level 2-3 troubleshooting in complex environments
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration
  • Hands-on experience with Intune and endpoint lifecycle management
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions
