Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to support mission-critical operations in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Level 2-3 service desk tickets across North America
- Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and conduct root cause investigations
- Administer Microsoft 365 and manage identity systems including Active Directory and Okta
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise IT Service Desk or End-User Computing
- Expertise in Level 2-3 troubleshooting in complex environments
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration
- Hands-on experience with Intune and endpoint lifecycle management
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions
