Senior Service Development Manager
Job Summary
Driving global service growth, the full-time Senior Service Development Manager - Tax & Customs Anti-Fraud will define and expand SGS' portfolio of anti-fraud and revenue assurance solutions while collaborating with government officials and commercial teams, primarily in emerging markets and Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Identify emerging market opportunities and develop innovative solutions to address government challenges
- Support the development and commercialization of services related to revenue assurance and customs modernization
- Lead strategic business development efforts by building relationships with key public-sector stakeholders and contributing to major international bids
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in tax, customs, trade facilitation, anti-fraud, or government advisory environments
- Strong understanding of customs, taxation, and revenue assurance ecosystems
- Proven experience in driving innovation across products and services
- Ability to engage credibly with senior government stakeholders
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
