Job Summary
Driving global service growth, the full-time Senior Service Development Manager will define, develop, and expand SGS' portfolio of anti-fraud and customs modernization solutions while collaborating with government officials and commercial teams, primarily focusing on emerging markets and Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Identify emerging market opportunities and develop innovative solutions to address government challenges
- Support the development and commercialization of services related to revenue assurance and customs modernization
- Lead strategic business development efforts, contributing to tender strategies and building relationships with key public-sector stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in tax, customs, trade facilitation, anti-fraud, or government advisory environments
- Strong understanding of customs, taxation, border management, or revenue assurance ecosystems
- Proven experience in driving innovation across products, services, and business models
- Ability to engage credibly with senior government stakeholders
- Experience working across international and multicultural environments
