Job Summary
To support the growth of anti-fraud solutions in the public sector, the full-time Senior Service Development Manager will define and expand SGS' portfolio of customs modernization and revenue assurance services while collaborating with government officials and commercial teams, primarily in emerging markets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions for government challenges
- Support the development and commercialization of services related to revenue assurance and customs modernization
- Lead strategic business development efforts with government stakeholders and contribute to major international bids
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in tax, customs, trade facilitation, or government advisory roles
- Strong understanding of customs and taxation ecosystems
- Proven experience in driving innovation across products and services
- Ability to engage with senior government stakeholders
