Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in K-12 education, program evaluation, or adult learning
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in their implementation
• Experience in large-scale program evaluation and implementation
• Ability to analyze large data sets for insights and solutions
