Senior Service Director

Job Summary

Leading the Service Department in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Senior Service Director will manage the implementation of the Whole School Whole Child service model, oversee program evaluation, and develop partnerships with local schools to ensure impactful educational support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of service model implementation aligned with organizational priorities and community support
• Lead the Impact Service Department, mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality training and support for AmeriCorps members
• Establish and maintain partnerships with CPS and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and program effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in K-12 education, program evaluation, or adult learning, preferably within CPS or the Chicagoland area
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in large-scale program evaluation and implementation
• Experience analyzing large data sets to inform program decisions and solutions
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and developing effective training programs
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with educational stakeholders and partners
