Senior Service Enablement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Enablement Analyst who will support Service teams in delivering exceptional live service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for scaling new technologies across Service
• Build out AI-enabled live service capabilities and optimize existing tools
• Oversee member and broker chat execution, including staffing and process design

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing projects and driving accountability
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends for actionable insights
• Capacity to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Direct leadership experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
