Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Engineer IS - ServiceNow AI - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and program managers to design and improve large-scale computer-based services
• Lead discussions on backlog prioritization and represent service requirements in team meetings
• Utilize data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of related experience, with additional experience preferred
• Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Familiarity with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
• Proven ability to influence software engineering teams and translate requirements into service architecture
