Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Engineer IS -ServiceNow AI - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and program managers to design and improve large-scale computer-based services
• Lead discussions to prioritize Live Site requirements and influence software engineering teams on service architecture
• Utilize data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements in processes and service resilience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of related experience, with a preference for more
• Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Familiarity with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
• Experience in leading backlog discussions and utilizing root cause analysis for problem-solving
